Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

What are your shipping options?
We offer sea freight (FOB Shenzhen), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Shipping costs and transit times depend on order size and destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), PayPal, and credit card payments. For first-time orders, a 30% deposit is typically required.
How long does production take?
Standard orders are typically produced within 15-25 working days. OEM/ODM projects require 30-45 working days depending on complexity.
Do you provide product samples?
Yes. Samples are available for most products. Sample costs and shipping are at the buyer's expense, with costs deducted from your first bulk order.
What quality control measures do you have?
All products undergo multi-stage QC: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, final random inspection before shipment, and pre-shipment inspection.
